SFC doesn’t have much new news but this is worth sharing.

After mom passed away Appleton City, Missouri bought her Merry-Go-Round. They build a building on Main Street and it’s their own attraction throughout the year for them. All of their efforts won them first place for rural attractions in Missouri.

A special Thank You to Linda Lampkin and her community for making their dreams come true.

I can still remember getting a call the winter my brother and I were painting the scenary for that - all 100+ flowers. Mom and Dad were in Hawaii and they just had an earthquake —— they had to walk down 20 some flights of steps.

Through the years their grandkids all had a favorite animal …. A couple even had a favorite normal horse. But through it all we are to remember make every mile count even if your horse is stuck making circles!

I need to add 2nd place was the St Louis Zoo!
