Feeling motivated and determined to revisit tricks that I have put off due to my accident. Have been tentatively dipping my toe into the water the last year and trying to overcome my fear and PTSD of snapping my ankle.
I’m pretty pleased with this combo for finally getting the inception spin on what is my now my other good spinning leg, trusting my ankle hang & going with the flow with tricks as I mounted the hoop 🥳 looking forward to what’s in store ahead, watch this space 🤩

Feeling grateful I can return to floor work and even after 3 months of limited exercise & movement.. my body has retained the majority of strength & flexibility 🥳
Excited to get back to it and let this body do what it does best 🤸🏾♀️
