Hey everyone, just a quick announcement: we are going to start using Eventbrite to sell advance tickets at the rate of $10. There is a $2.50 fee that they impose on the sales, so to make that up, we are sourcing Mothman and other cryptid-related patches to hand out to people that purchase advance tickets.

Please note: while we are advertising the free shows on Eventbrite as well, we aren't selling tickets for them.

Had to re-up our sticker box for all the shows that are coming up. We should be announcing the return of The Muatas sometime soon.

We want to offer some clarity about how we are handling pricing for the shows we are doing at the Kato Ballroom. We charge a little higher because we have to pay the venue a percentage of the take or an agreed-upon minimum amount, whichever is higher.

We agreed to this because the Kato Ballroom has their staff and operating costs to think of, and in return, they let us book pretty much whoever we want- which generally means heavier shows.

So, this all said, we do offer a repeat attendance discount on the ballroom shows if you signed the guestbook we have at the table as you walk in. If you sign the guestbook, you get into the next two shows after for five dollars less. If you keep attending shows, you can keep that rolling.

For example, if you went to the Widow's Ball last November but missed the SLDG show on January 11th, you can still pay a discounted price for the Witch Syndicate show on February 8th.

We will be announcing several shows quite soon. We feel that in light of all the stupidity and horror that will be visited upon us all for the next few years that it's important to continue to enrich the community in the best way that we know how.

We hope that you'll join with us to welcome the immensely talented people that we will be working with, and that you will take away something from your time at our shows that helps you keep your head up.

If you are a part of or have contact information for any mutual aid organizations or other groups trying to help the community, please let us know so that we can use our space to help them network.

So remember that band that played two shows here Memorial Day Weekend? We have it on good authority that they're coming back. Details on that and a couple of other wig-flipping lineups soon.
