About Me
Hello. My name is Anna Gurr and I’m trained and accredited by Humanists UK as a wedding celebrant.
I have believed in humanist principles all my life but without knowing the term ‘Humanist’ even existed until recent years – at which point I became a member of Humanists UK (then the British Humanist Association).
After a Humanists UK celebrant conducted a family funeral, I was struck by the very personal nature of the ceremony. It was then that I decided to become a celebrant myself.
