Oyster appreciation post! Le Petit Barachois (pronounced [ba.ʁa.ʃwa])
-The term from the English dictionary-
• A Barachois is a term used in Atlantic Canada and Saint Pierre and Miquelon to describe a coastal lagoon separated from the ocean by a sand or shingle bar. • has one of the most beautiful presentations before you even shuck any, a lovely accented white pine box. My Story

I ate my first oyster when I was five years old. From then on, I was in love. When I was 23 I started working at Mud City Crab House as a dishwasher. I saw the potential for advancement if I kept my focus and worked hard. Fast forward to present day and I’m an Oyster Farmer for the Restaurant group (tide table group)
