January custom-made tidbits - better documented late than never 🫠 it's been busy here, helping people fill the gaps in their cosplays by making the pieces that tend to not look quite right off-the-rack. I was pretty excited to squeeze in some non-cosplay custom makes too.

My 2023: 98% WFH bum, 2% what-do-you-call-it : Drag? Clown? Cosplay? "Intentionally dressed for the occasion" is the core concept.

2% is a generous number for someone who can count the amount of times she got to go out for leisure 🫠

BACK ON ETSY! After a 4-year haitus I've caved to the surprising amount of inquiries and re-opened my Rita Repulsa cosplay listing.

This will always be made-to-measure based on your unique sizing. Please allow up yo 6 weeks for me to make each one as this is a larger-than-life bespoke item!

The costume consists of
1) Dress with gigantic draped princess sleeves;
2) Detachable white bustle;
3) Breast plate with detachable finned collar;
4) Grey wig with headband and drapery;
5) The grow sword/staff plate

Our interpretation of One Piece's Atlas! Thank you @chavvotmp3 for letting us build this wild thing for you, and braving platform boots all day while wearing the heavy rocket backpack and giant fur tail. Being introduced to @thewigisup was such a blessing, they made the perfect wig to pair with the rest of this get-up, moving giant sideburns and all. The final photos were taken by @smollelle and @dondolcephotography during @animenorthcompass weekend. So many elements from Baldur's Gate's costumes are just matte painted blurs. We can model these for 3D printing but that's another 2 subcontractors involved. So I just made these quickly, which keeps the cosplay quote reasonable.
