Madel de-Leon Cendaña is the daughter of the late award-winning actor,Van de Leon and the beautiful and still active product endorser,Delia Macam.She was a covergirl and commercial model prior to her foray in show business.She appeared in the long-running popular sitcom"John and Marsha"topbilled by Comedy King Dolphy and the late veteran actress Nida Blanca.She played the good-natured wife of Rollie Quizon.She also hosted her own TV talkshow and appeared as co-host in variety shows.Among the product endorsements she did were for Palmolive,Clearasil,7-Up,Levis,Adidas and Knorr to name some. Madel graduated from the College of the Holy Spirit batch 1983 where she was a consistent Dean's Lister,a managing editor for her school publication and Chairman of her school organization.She was awarded gold and silver medals for her leadership,writing and creative skills.She also received 3-star honors for General Excellence having both excelled in academics and extra-curricular activities. In 1986 she married businessman Jose"Oyeto"Cendaña and their happy union produced two daughters,Joleena Micole and Jan Mirelle. Madel bade out of the limelight to be a full-time housewife,but being a true-blooded artist,she set-up The Concept Queen in 2005,with much prodding from relatives and friends who have seen the extra-ordinary way she organized her children's parties.This business allows her creative juices to continually flow. She attended seminars for balloon arrangements and party planning,did research work and went to exhibits to further enhance her craft.This knowledge combined with her innate creativity and artistic skills is the benchmark of The Concept Queen. Her commitment,dedication and passion for the arts is evident in her work.For her,it is her dream come true,to be able to share her talent with you.
