The Birth of the Bubble Fairy

My name is Niki. My husband and I were raised in Colorado, home to a very large Renaissance Faire. I grew up attending the faire. I was never really into the elaborate costumes. I just loved the food. :) Then, in 2017 I saw the neatest thing at the faire: the bubble fairy! She was one of the characters that wandered through the faire doing bubble tricks and giving out bubble stones. I thought the tricks she did were amazing, but the thing that really touched me was how happy she made the people she came into contact with; especially the children. My daughter would just stand forever watching her. She stared in awe as she made bubbles magically with her hands. When I saw it, I was hooked on the idea. I went home and tried it myself! To my dismay, none of the bubble solutions or mixtures, store bought or homemade, would work! However, I was determined, and I finally found a combination that was ok.

I then found out that Rexburg, where my husband and I are currently living, was just about to have their second annual Renaissance Faire! My husband and I quickly got involved. With that driving me, I set about trying to improve my bubble solution. It took months of trying different mixtures. My husband told me I looked like a mad scientist sitting on the floor on the living room floor, blowing bubbles, and recording my latest findings. After a lot of frustration and prayer (yes, I do believe God cares about my bubbles :) ) I was able to come up with an amazingly magical mixture!

I tested my tricks on my daughter and her friends, and as I had hoped, they loved it! Then, I performed at the Renaissance Faire, and I fell in love with the character. This is something that I absolutely love to do! I get to not only blow bubbles, but I also get to bring joy to people. And so, the bubble fairy was born! Mostly this business is being brought to life because of my passion. I would love to bring a little bit of happiness and magic to your life and to the life of your family.
