A condominium in nature
Greenstone presents a unique residential proposal in a singular and contemporary architectural language, where nature takes center stage. The villas are distributed in three-story modules, named after various shades of green: Forest, Lime, Mint, Jade, Olive, Emerald, and Pine.
The seven modules are asymmetrically oriented around a central garden, allowing for different perspectives and services, enhancing the privacy of the residences, enriching the landscape with new elements, and fostering mystery by integrating nature into the architecture.

Greenstone apresenta uma proposta residencial única numa linguagem arquitetónica singular e contemporânea, na qual a natureza tem presença destacada. As villas distribuem-se em módulos de três pisos de altura, batizados com nomes que evocam várias tonalidades de verde: Forest, Lime, Mint, Jade, Olive, Emerald e Pine.

Sublime Comporta Villas | A Sustainable Project
The Sublime Comporta Villas, currently under construction by ACA, is a project that prioritizes the selection of sustainable materials with minimal impact on nature. Spanning 51 hectares, it consists of 43 villas, an events building, a staff building, a central square, a wellness space, a gatehouse, and infrastructure.
Completely integrated into nature and aiming to avoid tree cutting, most villas feature trees within their interiors. Creating a minimalist environment, with floor-to-ceiling windows where nature takes center stage, is also essential to foster awareness for a sustainable mindset.
