Year 10 of volunteering as chairs for Penn snowball. It’s always fun putting the details together and seeing it come to fruition. We handled the event design and ex*****on, setup/strike, lighting, audio/visual, lanterns, some linens, tented lounges, brown leather furniture, pillows, rugs, and accent decor.

It takes a village of vendor support to pull it off, too.

And the party rolled on...One tell tale sign of a great event is the deejay playing past his contracted time.

"I wanted to follow up with you after Caitlin and Ted's reception on Saturday Feb 10. Tom did an amazing job! Everyone had such a wonderful time, we can't thank you all enough for making our daughter's reception a memorable one. I know Tom extended his time past the originally agreed upon hours so I wanted to see if there was anything that we still owed you for that extra time."

It's the little things that matter on what is the most important moment in our client's lives. Our goal, no matter the size, type, or budget for the event, is to go above and beyond to make every moment count, and for those reoccurring events to build partnerships and relationships that extend far beyond just one day. "Jessica, Shawn, and their team at ProShow Events were outstanding for my daughter's wedding! Not only did they coordinate the expected with our daughter and son-in-law, but also went FAR BEYOND what was expected.

Having gathered 19 congratulatory, individual videos, I was elated that Jessica offered to assist with this "surprise" to be played during the reception. Shawn and Mark worked behind the scenes to edit, adjust sound, add graphics to, and merge these 19 congratulatory videos together. The result was outstanding!! It was played during the reception and was a big hit thanks to ProShow Events!!!

In addition, they had a large television on a platform, for all to see the videos unobstructed. To my surprise, and as a demonstration of their care and professionalism, they had done a couple "dry-runs" with the videos in the room the day before the wedding!!!! They truly care about their clientele and I strongly recommend working with Jessica, Shawn, and the ProShow Events Team.

Finally, they mailed me two thumb drives with copies of the edited final version of the video as a keepsake for our daughter and son-in-law!!!

Tom, the DJ coordinated very well with me on the "surprise" and was absolutely fantastic at the wedding!!!

Being so easy to work with, so thoughtful and caring toward their clients, and for their extreme professionalism, I very strongly recommend the ProShow Events team for your wedding! You will not be disappointed!!!"

Summer has been busy and in full swing, but we received the sweetest thank you from a recent bride + groom. Someone I personally have seen grow up since they were a little kindergartener. It was a beautiful wedding and they are such a sweet couple. We wish them the best!

A beautiful wedding with so many talented vendors! This was the second wedding our team did for this family and they were just as incredible to work with the second time around. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to do the lighting (up lighting + pin lighting), as well as the DJ services for your special day!

To say it's been a whirlwind getting back in the swing of things would be a huge understatement. In our industry we all prayed for the moment we could be back creating and doing what we loved to do. We're back and it's busier than ever. The stress has been intense, the hours have been long, but this...THIS is our why!

I wanted to personally thank you so much for making our wedding so beautiful with all the decorations. It is a bummer that we could not use the patio area since it was raining, but the ballroom took my breath away! It turned out more beautifully than I imagined! Everyone complimented your work as well! As soon as I have photos from the photographer I will send some to you. Also, please thank Ned a 1000x over. He did an incredible job despite the tornado warning throwing a wrench into our schedule and having to do some impromptu adds to the reception schedule, such as taking some family photos at the reception hall. I would like to send him a tip. Wanted to know where I could mail it to? I wanted to apologize for not tipping him the night of.

All in all, proshow really stepped up to make my wedding special. Between the date changes, the phone calls, and the tornado warning, Proshow was there to help no matter what. I really appreciate all of your help and hard work. It took a great team to make the day happen, and I could not have chosen a better company to be on my team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my wedding so special.

Loved the soft drapery, pin lighting, and warm white uplighting that brought to life all the beautiful detail of the barn and floral work by Polly McCarthy of Poppies. Such a sweet and elegant wedding with a "surprise twist" at the introduction when the colors of light changed to red and the Blackhawks theme song welcomed the bride & groom to the room! This was something the Groom was most excited for and it was a huge hit!

In a year and a half, not a whole lot has felt normal, but tonight, the students at Penn will have an incredible prom. All of this was made possible by the hard work and dedication of the administrative team and prom sponsors, as well as many local businesses that came together to pull this off!

So thankful they did all they could to make this happen! Thank you to all the other vendors who helped Us pull it together.
