Italian Mimosa Cake
It is called this because of its resemblance towards a bouquet of mimosa flowers, which are usually given to Women on March 8th in celebration of International Women's Day. This traditional cake is eaten on the 8th of March.

A very talented friend made this for Marta's Genuine Italian Food.
