Hi all,

I am Fathima Shifnaz Irshad,
being a full-time lecturer in Craft Baking and Cake Decoration at Glasgow Clyde College. As well as had work displayed at national and international events and online.

I am an Award winner of the SQA Star Awards 2019, Cake International Cup Cake Awards 2021 and Ideal Home Show Cake Competition 2022 & 2023.

My new Baking and Decorating for beginners, course now has been advertised on the college website. If any of you would like to join, please book a slot via college website. Also feel free to share with your friends and families who are interested in learning about cakes and decorations. Spaces are limited as it’s a brand-new course.
