TOMORROW IS THE DAY!

THINGS TO BRING:
- photocards for trading
- chairs/blankets
- flashlights/lightsticks
- snacks/drinks (we will have some available but you can always bring your own!)
- clothes for the weather

The weather is supposed to be nice but also kinda cold so come dressed for the weather!

Make sure to bring chairs/blankets as there isn’t tables/seating, bring flashlights/lightsticks as it gets dark quickly and we want to make sure we have as much light as possible for our rdp and performances!

We will have some snacks/candy available but feel free to bring in your own as well

As this is an outdoor event we cannot stop anyone from smoking/vaping but all we ask is if you do feel the need to please step away from the event and attendees.

EVENT INFO:

Parking: Please park in the parking lot off of Bridge st. and Scribner as the other lot is the museum parking and they will close the lot and you won’t be able to exit

Event location: we’ve posted this before but the event is going to be held on the riverwalk large “platform”

Bathrooms: The bathrooms are located just over the hill from the location and are public and for anyone to use

Chairs/blankets to sit on
Flashlights/lightsticks (it’ll get dark quick) (LIGHTSTICKS ENCOURAGED)

We are collaborating with The Hallyuverse (over on instagram and tiktok) for Fright Fest! They will be posting the recorded RDP and posting the full video on their youtube page and also posting fancams on instagram and tiktok! So we hope to see as many of you out there as possible!

I hope everyone is ready for a big day of dancing, performances, and fun!

We are just 2 days away from Dazzling Summer and we are so excited to bring this event to you!

Raffle prizes announcement:
- 6 Twice albums
- 9 Twice photocard sets
- 1 Weki Meki album
- 1 NCT 127 Fact Check album
- 1 NCT Dream ISTJ album
- 1 Pack of clear card sleeves
- 1 handmade notebook

Raffle tickets will be $2 for one or $10 for 5 tickets and we will take Cash, Venmo, and Cash App

First round of winners will be announced at 2:00pm before the RDP and then second round of winners will be announced after the RDP (roughly around 4:30/4:45). WINNERS MUST BE PRESENT TO COLLECT THEIR PRIZE

Reminders:
This is a picnic event so please feel free to bring your own food and drinks. We will have some food/drink items available but it will be VERY limited. It’s supposed to be HOT, HUMID, and mostly sunny on saturday so please make sure you’re staying hydrated and wear sunscreen/sun protection since it is outdoors!

We’re officially into August, which means it’s event month! We cannot wait to see everyone there and have a blast!

Some reminders:
- This is a FREE event with no charge to get in but we will have vendors so be prepared for that
- It’s a picnic style event so you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, we will have some things available but it will be limited
- We will have a few special performances taking place during the event
- Come prepared to dance and have fun!
- We have a big raffle with great prizes!
