Veteran Peers. If you are struggling please do not hesitate to reach out for help and ask for advice. My heart breaks that this country with is over 35 Trillion in debt, has broken us in our thinking that we are not good enough if we can't handle our own problems. That we are not men or women who served this nation. That the greatest honor there is, is to be willing to give your life for another and come home to the nonsense we are witnessing in this country. With a lack of good morale support and family values eroded into suicides per day by our peers, do not think that you are alone, that you are the only one going through your type of difficulties and tribulations. The details may not be the same but many of us have struggle, including myself, more than many of us would care to admit. That being said, if you are considering ending your life, please call me. I can't no longer bear to remain silent as one more veteran took his life two days ago, and was a friend, who struggled to be the best he could. Improving himself since I met him. Only to be reminded that when all looks well it may not be. In closing, you are strong enough, you are good enough, its time to learn how to own that knowledge and lean on your team. Don't leave your family and friends with the tears I have witnessed today. Ask for help......
