Great day at the Spring Fest 2024 in Cleburne. Weather held up down here, sales were exceptionally good and developed new friendships with other food vendors and reconnected with a former coaching buddy and his family (Nat's Sugar Shack). Thoroughly enjoyed Bennie Wheels Johnny Cash Tribute music. Pretty dang good day. Thank you Abby n Chris for helping me out!

Top were an early hospitality supper on Thursday
Breakfast tacos on Friday morning!!
Later on Friday we served burgers, dogs and grilled chicken sammiches for lunch.
The Thursday menu included chopped brisket, ham, potato salad and pinto beans.

Many thanks to Coach Olson for inviting us back for our 4th year to serve at their invitational and district track meets and to Coach King for assisting in the supervision of the buffets.

2 Burts' Family Catering honored the memory of Madre Burt today by donating a Valentines Day lunch to our friends at Alvarado Meadows. They were able to enjoy brisket, pulled pork, potato salad, baked beans and some serious chicken spaghetti. We all had a great time!
