Fantastic lobster tail… So simple 😜 made a garlic, herb butter with a little splash of essential oil infused olive oil, with oregano and thyme and broiled for about 10 minutes - surprise 😍

Don’t you love it when you get to make a difference in people’s lives? Well, I do🥰 A girlfriend spontaneously popped over for one of my “cappuccinos” which extended into lunch …I have the gift of making something delicious out of nothing 😂 Then we got on the subject of health and diet, and she can’t understand why she keeps putting on weight and she was explaining to me some of the things that she eats so I immediately made her aware of an app that is called MyFitnessPal… Yes, we may be eating healthy food but we have to be aware of everything we put in our bodies. I am proud to say that she has had an aha moment today! The next video to watch out for is when she goes shopping for all those 0 cal items to snack on in between meals! Diana Ede

Had the absolute pleasure of catering a music video gig today - Practically no sleep just found out about it last night at 9 o’clock but when I’m in my “zone”

Have you ever tried cooking with essential oils? Buying fresh herbs such as thyme, basil or rosemary can get expensive and usually I only use 1 sprig for a dish and the rest goes to waste! With essential oils you only need 1-3 drops PER RECIPE!!! And the oils don't get old.
