Samosa Love

Samosa Love SAMOSA LOVE offers dishes created from the flavours of South Asian cuisine. Our philosophy is simple and that's how 'Samosa Love' was born!

SAMOSA LOVE offers exciting dishes with dynamic flavours of South Asian cuisine. Our menu is based around authentic curry dishes, small plates and more specifically everyone's favorite Asian snack... The Samosa! Our Samosas are unique in every way- the taste, infusions and design. Our pastry is hand crafted and infused with root vegetables, which results in our unique vibrant & interesting colours

. We have developed and tested a range of delicious fillings, both traditional and more bespoke. Samosa Love was inspired by my mother, she was known in the local community for her delicious Samosas and curry dishes. A busy mother to six children, she always encouraged us to make Samosas together as a family. A line of kids squabbling over who would fill and who would fold - a kitchen filled with fragrant aromas, plates overflowing with triangular-shaped delicious treats, surrounded by a fair amount of untidiness - and that’s what making food with love looks like. Being the youngest in the family, I took a keen interest in my mother's cooking. In turn my enjoyment for cooking took me on a culinary journey navigating the grind of a chefs life in bustling London. I studied a range of cuisines and realised my true passion lay in returning to my roots to develop food close to my heart.. My philosophy is simple: food made with love, shared with the people you love - Martin George, Chef.

🔺 It's been a busy past few months catering for a beautiful wedding, a festival and several events for our favourite local caterers.

🙏🏽 We'd like to thank you all for the continued support, especially to those who have come out to support us time after time - we call you ‘our Samosa Lovers’, you know who you are. It's always nice to see those familiar faces, you’re part of our family too, and the reason we do this.

🔺 We started Samosa Love in 2018 and continue to take pride in the quality of our food. We use the same family recipes today as when we started, with our special blended spices, natural and fresh ingredients - always homemade with love.

🥳 Thanks for showing up for us in 2022.

🔺 SAMOSA LOVE, DAILY BITES 🔺

🌶 Got some of our leftover Tomato & Pepper Chutney?

😋 It's a versatile little sauce with a fresh tomato, citrus and chilli kick that can be used as a marinade and cooked down with virtually anything, to create a meal made at home full of flavour.

🎥 In this simple video -
We have marinated some root vegetables (or any veg you can get hold of!) in our sauce and roasted it in the oven at 180c for 30mins checking halfway. We then mixed the veg through with bulgar wheat, mint, pickled mouli, and some beetroot to create a hearty vegan dish!

🥳 Try your own version at home!
