Well here it is! The very first Sip and Nibble event from SMA Wine Society in the last 2 years!
Here are the details..
Location: Victoria's on Bayonetta
Date: August 28th
Time: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Event details: three appetizer size bites and three tasting size wines
First pairing: pistachio crusted goat cheese salad/El Circo Macabeo
Second pairing: whitefish ceviche/Alenya syrah, grenache, carignan
Third pairing: Arrachera mushroom ragú/Viceversa Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
Event cost: 900 pesos per person
Reservation method: 50% deposit to [email protected] at PayPal with balance at the time of event.
Seating: 24 seats in groupings of two four and six
