Slid into Driggs Idaho just as they were closing all roads in and out of the valley. Then snow snow and more snow. Nothing else to do but see the sun come up behind the Grand Teton and hit the Ghee and meet up with friends at the Trap Bar. Have to say it was a special day.

Well Delayed post but So we did this thing … Copper Mountain cruise Sunday. Sunshine and bluebird @ Snowmass Monday and topped off today with a big powder day all the way to 4:00. Momma T slaying the runs all day long. Ski ya tomorrow.

Indy Pass Midwest tour day 8 & 9 as a Trollhaugen Troll. Great snow with 100% coverage thanks to all the TechnoAlpin snow making systems recently installed.

Although this hill is smaller than some it hits large 5 star rating numbers for lift service, nostalgia, food and entertainment and a top quality fully dressed ski shop. The owners Laura and Jim are present on site daily making sure your guest experience is top notch … unlike some other larger resorts.

The Midwest Indy Pass continues. Day 6 & 7 took us to Snow River resort. We had a great time running the new high speed 6 lift at Jackson Creek Summit and finished off the afternoons at Black River Basin. Runs were soft and groomed for perfect carving and fun. Finished off the night listening to live music at The newly renovated Dudley’s.

We included a stop at the Stormy Kroger store as well for
Some new digs.

Hats off to the new owners Midwest Family resorts as they have done a fabulous job retire old Indianhead and Blackjack back to life. It will be fun to watch the continued improvements.

Indy Pass Tour Day 5 took us back to the UP of Michigan after the morning hike with 1 Tuk Lyfe before pulling out of Lutsen. Was gonna make a stop at Spirit Mtn but fog so thick you could not see. Got back to Big Powderhorn to capture a late afternoon session. Pretty much had the place to
Ourselves. Warmer temps gave us Creamy groomers till the end.

Day 4 of Indy Tour. Day 2 at Lutsen. Although they were still working on getting more runs open, The groomers we skied were the best ever. Met new friends Tom and Jesse and made 32 laps right up to the 4:30 bell. Got a great stop in at the hot tub and fitness center and chicken on the outdoor grill. Winter camping ain’t so bad. We will be back again!

Indy pass tour day 3 great skiing conditions for what was open. New Raptor Express on Eagle Mtn is awesome. Big long cruisers on Moose Mtn topped off with about 2” of snow! The crowds and lift lines were terrible … Not. There were None!
