Let’s face it, at the end of your event you’re exhausted. Nobody wants to be the one to pack everything back up.

That’s where we come in! We will pack up all of your decor back up at the end of the night so you (or your appointed decor handler) can easily load up your boxes and head out of your venue all organized and on time!

We offer decor set up and tear down on its own or included with our Day Of Coordination Package!

We are booking for 2025-2026, so contact us today to reserve your date. 💙

Another wedding emergency resolved! ☺️

The bride got ahold of me last night because her dress tore with only a week out to the wedding. Overall, it’s such a small repair but it literally made all the difference in how the dress fit. I’m just so happy that we were able to get it all set before the wedding day so she has one less thing to worry about. I’m so excited for her and I can’t wait to see pics from the big day! 🥳🥹💙

Sherry and Jack Lipan of Blue Penny Weddings have been planning weddings and performing marriage ceremonies since their own wedding in 2014. After helping several friends (and friends of friends!) with their big days, it was only natural that Blue Penny Weddings would be born! Whether you need help planning the entire event or just on the big day, Blue Penny Weddings will help you make your day special!

Founder, Sherry Lipan, hopes that one day Blue Penny Weddings will be able to expand and owning its own wedding venue. (Fingers crossed for a cute, little, blue barn or a lovely little location on the beach!) Until then Blue Penny Weddings will help you discover the perfect venues and vendors that suit your needs!

Blue Penny Weddings openly supports the marriage of its clients from all races, religions, and genders. We ask that all of our prospective clients show the same common courtesy to past clients as they'd wish to receive as well.
