Did you know we have two getting ready lounges, a vendor room, full kitchen, an indoor/outdoor bar, main gathering hall, upper gathering hall, two foyers, outdoor patio, and an indoor and outdoor ceremony location?

Not only are the spaces beautiful designed, but also functional to keep your wedding day running smoothly!

We are so excited to announce that we are now accepting shop vendor applications for the Pinewood Christmas Market on Sunday, December 1!

If you are a small shop vendor, we'd love for you to apply for a booth at our 2024 Christmas Market! To apply, click the link below.

We are accepting vendor applications through August 20, 2024, at which time our team will review and notify those who are selected!

When building Pinewood, our goal was to intentionally design a venue from scratch that helps minimize stress throughout the day of an event. The venue was carefully and thoughtfully designed with over 8 years of behind-the-scenes wedding expertise through the industry.

One example of how we set ourselves apart from other venues is by offering an outdoor and indoor ceremony site that is separate from the reception room so no room flip is necessary! Plus, you are able to utilize the entire property and building with no extra cost or hidden fees!

Our market Cozy Coupes are always a hit which is why we are selling two of them!

The light blue Cozy Coupe with the wooden surf board on top and the brown Cozy Coupe with flowers are for sale for $40 each. All proceeds will be donated to LEX Specialty Clinic!

We are so honored to announce that we are GIVING AWAY a wedding to one deserving couple in need that otherwise would not be able to afford a wedding in a season of adversity!

We have partnered with preferred wedding vendors in our community to give away, "The Pinewood Winter Wedding Giveaway" valued at over $35,000!

Here's how it works:
+ The Pinewood Winter Wedding Giveaway begins on April 18, 2024 and will close on May 2, 2024
+ Enter or nominate a deserving couple in need that could not otherwise afford a wedding by filling out the application and submitting a video as to why you or a couple deserves a wedding! The application is linked below.
+ The wedding must take place on one of the following dates in 2025: January 24, March 21, April 4
+ Pinewood will review all applications and announce the winner the week of May 6, 2024!
+ We are asking the community for help by donating to the Pinewood Winter Wedding Giveaway GoFundMe to cover the product cost of the tangible items related to the following services: The Kitchen (catering), Liquid Motion (bartending), The White Room (dress and alterations), and Juniper Rose Floral.
+ Remaining vendors will be donating their services at no cost. FAQ: Can we bring in whatever vendors we’d like?

A: The only requirement is that we have an exclusive bartender to ensure you are provided with the best service from a staff who works at Pinewood frequently! We do have a list of preferred caterers for dinner that you can choose from who have spent a lot of time at Pinewood and we know will serve you well!

With all other vendors, you're free to bring whomever you'd like! If you’re looking for some advice, please see our list of preferred vendors that we love working with under our "vendors" page!

This is a family-friendly shopping event happening from 10am-3pm. This community event is open to the public and will be full of festive fun!

Welcome to Pinewood

Meet Pinewood, the twin cities newest wedding venue, located 1 hour north of Minneapolis and nestled in a tall red pine forest. We searched long and hard for a property that would inspire us to create a venue unlike any other in Minnesota. It’s a place where you can escape the busy city and be surrounded by nature, but still hold your event in an upscale, modern building, perfect for any weather situation or season. The venue has been carefully and thoughtfully designed with 8 years of behind-the-scenes wedding expertise through the photography industry.
