A lot of color from a very gloomy day!

I was 12 weeks pregnant this week and still fairly sick, and this vendor team was so fun and sweet. We wanted a very colorful shoot and then we were caught in the grey skies and a huge rain downpour (after we set up), but it still turned out AMAZING! Special thanks to for being my right hand labor gal💪🏻

Hey, hi 👋🏻 it’s Morgan!

We’ve got some new faces around here so I figured it’s about time for another introduction✨

If you’ve been around awhile, you know that we just rebranded from our photo booth company “The Candid Caravan” to our new company “Rockin’ Bar C Weddings” where we still offer photo booths, but decided it was time to amp up our services and provide rentals and design.

My hubby, Story, and I just got married in September 2023. We wanted a wedding that included our best people, and we wanted everyone to have A HELL OF A TIME! Every detail was perfect to us. We had all of our loved ones gathered on a beautiful piece of family land, a mechanical bull, machine bucket coolers, karaoke and just a little beer😉 plus a broken RZR belt after a failed sparkler exit burn out😂

We want to be able to give our couples the same opportunity. If you call me up wanting to get married on your families ranch or in the backyard…ohhh baby let’s get to work! I love working with unconventional spaces and making them the perfect place for your perfect day.

With decor rentals, tent rentals, the photo booth and connections to fill in the rest, we are a one stop shop. Our design packages offer set up and take down services, and all the help planning the layout and pretty details. If you don’t see the items you’re looking for in our inventory chances are we are willing to get them for you, or we’ve got them, but haven’t put them up on the site.

We are working on the renovation of our old livestock barn to turn it into the perfect show room where we can meet up and dream up all the details for your big day. Follow along as we work to finish the big project!

If you are soon to be engaged, a bride to be, or just want to throw a kick ass party let us help you out!

P.s. it wouldn’t be an introduction if I didn’t introduce you all to my tiny legged bff, Grouzer🎉 Fun fact he appeared in 99% of our formal wedding pics - from the first look, through all the family photos and the ceremony he’s there! He’s got all the “corgi sass” and barks like a big dog, but he’s a man that won’t turn down a cup of whipped cream😂

The pantone of the year is "Peach Fuzz." By incorporating other rich colors and textures you can create a beautiful color pallet that is perfect for a summer evening.

By pulling in textures like leather and cow hide, you can get a really nice and classy spin on the theme to make it more western. Of course, by also incorporating rental pieces from us, too😉

Just engaged? Now’s the time to start booking all of your vendors!

It is crazy how quickly vendors fill up and if you have been dreaming of working with a vendor it is extremely important to inquire as soon as you can!

Several tips for booking vendors:

✙ Research their offerings and reviews, you want to make sure they will make your day the best it can be.

✙ If you are dreaming of specific vendors you may need to be flexible on your wedding date. If they are a must have for your event, you may need to base it off of their availability - think especially venues and photographers.

✙ Request a call or conversation before finalizing your booking. Wedding vendors become a huge part of your big day. You want to make sure that you love their services, and them as people!
