Busy week in Nashville:
1: Metro CM Sandra Sepulveda confront a hate group that have been disruptive during invocation of Metro Council on July 16, 2024.
2: Counter protesters confront the hate group at the metro courthouse causing authorities to empty the gallery.
3: Signs protesting the hate group who have been removed from Metro Courthouse.
4-6: The following day, a candlelight vigil was held at Public Square honoring the late Civil Rights leader Rev.James Lawson who passed earlier this year.
7-8: Nashville opens its first permanent-supportive housing facility for people experiencing homelessness, Strobel House. The 5-story, downtown building was named after Father Charlie Strobel.
