So much has happened and it ain’t even 2025. Brace yourself for landing, because I truly believe this is the reset. Either you are going to be the wolf, or you are going to be the food that is eaten by the wolf. You have the choice. There are a lot of things that fuel success… Take it and lean into it… Nobody is coming to save you… You have to go get your food yourself!

Hey 👋🏾 beautiful ppl😍Just adding these pics to refer back to the end of the year. Most of us had goals set in the beginning of the year…My goals focused on financial freedom and physical health/wellness. I started at 205lbs, now I am currently at 175lbs. My goal is 135/140 and then maintain that. At age 46, I am dealing with peri-menopause. Growing up, it was never discussed. So, I had to do my own research and figure out what works for me.

I know many of you that follow me are in your 30’s and up . Whether you are or will be dealing with menopause or what they call “midlife crisis “ make sure you have a plan of action to increase your wellness. Our body is designed to work together. If your gut isn’t healthy then it affects your mood, your weight… I encourage you to focus and make steps to better health. These health situations may be inevitable, but you don’t have to sit it in, you can do something about it. I always said I plan to be a sexy /fit grandma… when it hits you, you may feel down and out… but pick yourself back up and do what needs to be done! You got this.

🐾It is okay to work disappear and work on yourself when you need to. Sometimes breaking away from the noise allows you to focus on the things you need to rejuvenate, rebuild, and reinvent yourself. You won’t miss much, and you’ll see how removing yourself gives you more time.

🌻Another thing… Don’t allow others to think that you are available for their drama… They like the toxic interaction, but you are above that. Shut the foolery down. Pulling you into their web, just to satisfy their need is below your frequency level. They may try you, because they think you are flexing for social media… or they think you will engage, because you have a kind heart… or a common enemy… Stand on business and show them you love peace in real life. They wouldn’t p***k with you if they didn’t need you for the drama. Stay far from it. If it ain’t about your money, your family, your spiritual life, your circle of support and safe space… then leave it alone. Stay 10 toes down regarding your peace and happiness.

🌀Passion to appreciation – this is the journey of spiritual awakening. Only a genuine appreciation and love for life is beyond passion. The feeling of fulfillment is an inner experience. Others can give us a glimpse of it, but in the end, it’s your own depth of character and existence that dictates how content you are. I’m at the stage of appreciation. I get emotional when I fully engage in moments that touch my soul. It could be a conversation, a destination, a breath of fresh air, standing in the midst of greenery, listening to a song that connects to my transformation… shoot it can be a great book, a moment of bliss intimately, or even at night when I am expressing gratitude to the Creator. My time, my space, my energy, my peace… at this time in life is valuable… it’s expensive… and everyone is not worthy of it.

There comes a time where you have to dance to the beat of your own drum…Some won’t get it, and that is fine… It is not for them to understand. The journey, the experience… the outcome is for you. It can get lonely when you have decided to walk a different path, BUT God will always send you a tribe that can identify with you. For those who are the “black sheep” … There is a reason why you were chosen to be different… Bask in that, and know that your path is YOURS! NOBODY HAS TO GET IT, BUT YOU….
