Ingredients:

1 cup orzo pasta
2 cups butternut squash (cubed)

Identify how you want to show up in this world, in this society. Believe in yourself and do not talk down about where you are in life. Everyone has a starting point and everyone goes through trial and error. In this moment…your power is needed, your light is needed, your abilities are needed… SHOW UP!!! 👉🏾As leaders sit around making decisions to cut Medicaid by $880 billion dollars, while the budget for Medicaid is $880 billion dollars. 30% of that budget goes to Medicare. Those who do not rely on these programs may not care, but you most likely have a sick family member or a retired parent who does.
👉🏾I’m praying for all of those who will suffer. I also encourage many of you to have a plan B. You can only look out for you. Get all your bloodwork done, see where your deficiencies are and go holistic for the MOST part. The other part, please identify a health plan that you can afford. Rearrange your finances to where it is possible. These 4 years will be rough, court cases against the administration will take some time… nobody can save us, but us. Don’t sit and wait. Look for resources and change your lifestyle (health and wellness). God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but we definitely have resilience. Many of us have struggled, but we adjusted and we are still here. Don’t let anyone kill your hope. EVERYONE your health together, those who have medical conditions 👉🏾have a plan B for coverage…don’t be discouraged, filled with anxiety or sad, because that does more damage to your health… and you are saying you don’t trust God to provide. We have been through worse, this is just televised.
🖤Let your joy confuse the enemy, let your love for others embrace your pain, and may your faith in God and his ability to make you a conqueror answer your prayers.

🌿I woke up this morning at 3am and I got answers for what to do in this moment while the political flex is dark. I found myself angry, checking people under post that just spoke foolishness, which got me irritated and I just found myself scrolling and arguing, scrolling and arguing… I asked God”What do you want me to do in this moment.” Because this can’t be it. My position and purpose is to lift people up in these times. I have to eduate and promote about emotional, mental, financial, and even spiritual wellness. Seeing individuals lose their employment and life-long work benefits, I have to position myself to keep ppl sane. All my energy has to go towards encouraging the people who were uprooted from their livelihood and those who are suffering from trauma during these difficult times. I thought about opening my wellness practice after I see a shift, but God said the time is now. Along with that, I plan to donate to ACLU. I’m a healer of the mind and spirit, not a lawyer or a doctor , etc. God told me to utilize my gift in this moment. I’m needed.
🌿What will you do to help the community at this time, where the climate is heavy for humanity? Will you educate and inform about the judicial process? Will you inform in a healthy way what is being challenged and how to combat it? Will you give information about hope regarding how democracy is working? Whatever we do in this moment, do it with the community in mind… do it with helping humanity. There are more good ppl in this world, than there are bad… never forget that.

🌿For many people, purpose isn’t something they come to lightly. Often, it takes time and experience to understand what truly motivates you.
With that in mind, here are six questions that can help you discover your purpose or explore it further. They cover the Five Ws and One H—who, what, when, where, why and how—that are essential to gathering information and developing a comprehensive view of an issue. It may help to write down your answers so you can reflect on them later.
Why do you do what you do?
Sometimes, the best way to determine your purpose—especially if you’ve never really thought about it before—is to simply ask yourself what it is, straight out. Consider what matters most to you and go from there.
Related questions: What do you care about? What are your values and beliefs? Who are the most important people in your life? In what activities or pastimes do you find value and meaning?
What are you best at?
Your purpose may dovetail nicely with your talents, especially if you can use those hard-earned skills for the greater good.
Related questions: What are your talents and skills? What do others say you have a knack for? How can you use your skills for a cause or for your community? What is your calling?
When do you feel most fulfilled?
When you’re doing something you really love, hours can pass without you realizing it. Think about the activities that don’t feel like work to you and how you can incorporate more of them into your life.
Related questions: What makes the time fly? When are you most in the zone? What activities excite you and make you happy? How can you spend more time on them? Can you involve other people? Could your favorite activities benefit others?
Who are the people you admire most?
Looking to others for inspiration could provide you with a blueprint for your own life. Keep in mind that they don’t need to be well-known. A person who’s quietly found great happiness or contributed to their family or community may be just the good influence you need.
Related questions: What makes them admirable? What qualities of theirs appeal to you? How have they made a difference? What are their values and beliefs? Which issues and organizations are close to their heart—and to yours?
How would you spend your time if you had all the money you needed?
When you have limited free time, relaxation and leisure are likely big priorities. But what if you had free time all the time? The openness of your schedule may allow you—and even push you—to contribute in a greater way. Think big.
Related questions: What would be your moon shot, or the biggest goal you can think of for yourself? Would you spend more time with your family? Would you volunteer or help your community? Would you pray more or invest more into your spiritual life?
Where would you like to see yourself 5, 10 or 20 years from now?
Understanding where you’d like to be can help you create a path to get there. Just as important is understanding where you don’t want to be. Think about the future you to develop the answers.
