Happy Birthday Taylor

Black New Moon Session🌙

Last night I seen some of the brightest stars I’ve ever seen in person. There was a rare black new moon and incredibly dark skies up in the icefields far from any city or town light pollution. This image was taken at 1:30am.

Taylor had booked a Nicturna shoot with me while we were all to be down in Mexico in March. Her amazing hubby Myles actually surprised her with it. We all didn’t end up on the trip so the backup plan was this. Some upside down fun under the stars. 💫
I had a special team with me last night. Fayyaz and his wife Lindsay own Pez Productions and we often collaborate on fun projects together. “Hey Fayyaz wanna come light up a waterfall for me in the middle of nowhere at god awful hours?!” Well. Still can’t believe he said yes and even brought his wife! I think I owe them a couple favours now.
And my close pals Ix & Justin who own Parfait Productions - Wedding Cinematography also got convinced to squeeeeze me into their incredibly busy schedule and come along for this adventure. They are insanely talented film makers and shot this shoot alongside me. How did I end up friends with such talented peeps? We all ended up in a camp ground at 3am setting up our tents last night together. Makin memories eh? 🤣
Thank you to each one of you for being with me last night. It’s an adventure I won’t ever forget.

2018 Year in Review

5 countries, all 4 seasons & too many kilometres flown/walked/hiked/danced & driven to count, multiple traditions and new forms of wedding day transportation has rounded out 2018. The best part of it all you ask? Our couples and the trust they put in our hands to create stories. How could a whole year be summed up in one minute? We failed to show it all, but here’s what we came up with 💓 We’re looking forward to 2019 and pushing ourselves with every new film we create. ✨

Julianne & Kristian's First Look Teaser

After 10 years in the wedding industry, Julianne married Kristian, the man of her dreams at one of the most picturesque locations on earth. The timeless affair was filled with romance and tears.
