Job Description:

- Handle administrative tasks

- Respond to clients

- Attend events as and when required

Qualifications:

- HSC or Diploma in Administration/Management/Events

- Fluent in English & French

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook)

- Valid driving license for private car will be an advantage

- Experience in administration or events will be an advantage

Working Hours: Weekdays from 08:30 to 16:00, On Saturdays: 09:00 to 13:00. Hours may vary when there are special events.
