Along with work that we do with and for charity organisations, we would like to raise awareness for things such as this.

April is Bowel Cancer Awareness Month and some statistics that may help you take note are that 42,000 people annually are diagnosed with bowel cancer.

Additionally, this is the 2nd most prevalent
Cancer that effects both men and women. 1 in 14 men and 1 in 19 women will be diagnosed with Bowel cancer in their lifetime.

Our thoughts go to anyone affected by bowel cancer.

😀Much much, appreciation, to all who attended, I hope, like me, you thoroughly enjoyed yourselves😀 HUGE+++ Thanks to my wonderful Volunteers, you truly are Guardian Angels & I’m so humbled to have you on board 🤯 Giant Thanks to our brilliant Guests, Sky Walker Props, Skymind Studios, Southern Troopers Daleks & Terrific Trader😀👏 🤩Cosplay Cats🤩, well what can I say, once again, you put on a fabulous day of activities, which was enjoyed by so very many -
You All helped enhance the Event & created lots of Smiles & special memories, which is as always DEVCON’s main aim & ethos😀

DEVCON Plymouth MARCH3 is so very pleased that Paul McGann will be joining us:) As well as starring in Sci-Fi Roles, Paul portrayed Percy Toplis in the 1986 television serial 'The Monocled Mutineer', which gained hin recognition. This in part, started his long career in acting & he later starred in the 1987 dark comedy 'Withnail & I'. McGann is also known for playing Lieutenant William Bush, Horatio Hornblower's best friend, in the television adaptation based on C.S. Forrester's books. Paul has so many diverse & interesting roles to chat to his fans about on MARCH 3rd.
