Allow us to reintroduce ourselves! We are Helix Hall!
Helix Hall is a collaboration of Gable House Bakery ( ) and Gilly’s Lilies ( ) in downtown Mifflinburg. It is a quaint event venue designed to celebrate connection and community with bakery warmth and florist flair!
Sarah and Nikki worked together informally for years as vendors booked for local weddings as florist and baker, and separately admired each other’s work. When Sarah opened up her brick-and-mortar shop in Mifflinburg in 2021, the parallel nature of their crafts and desire for vibrancy in the downtown naturally led down a path of collaboration.
The hall was just an abandoned empty shell at the back of the Gilly’s Lilies shop space with a stellar staircase, and Gable House was in need of some space and an outlet for growth. Helix Hall became the official collaboration that now hosts incredible bespoke events and afternoon teas right in the heart of the downtown.
We want to give people the experience of hosting an event with a florist and a baker at your disposal - we bring a one-of-a-kind aesthetic cohesion to your events that is pretty hard to find anywhere else. No need to book a bunch of vendors or just DIY your way through the perfect party - we are here to make the wow-factor you’d hope to achieve super easy to make those memories extra special.
Oh and did we mention weekly afternoon teas? Or partnering with local makers to bring workshops throughout the week? Or gob-smacking special ticketed events? We do those too!
