Rough seas on the south coast of England before my grassroots game on Sunday and 10 mintes in the heavens opened - I was soaked and so cold ...and the day got worse as we conceaded a winning goal in the dying minutes of the game. But i dried my boots and got back to training on Monday!

Indoor training tonight with my grassroots team meon Milton Taylors. Our game last week was called off but this week we are on playing on a 5G pitch so I worked hard to make sure I am ready!

So proud of me and my team mates today. Held our own away to Tottenham. An amazing opportunity to see the fantastic facilities that they have and play on an awesome pitch....and we played our hearts out ! 💙

Football crazy weekend! The only result going my way was Pompey vs Harrow - still singing the chants! Our game against Watford wasnt such a good result but such an apportunity to play against some talented ballers!
