Brett’s career in audio has spanned nearly three decades, beginning with a degree in Music and Video Production, followed by foundational years at Crossroads Audio and Dallas Stage Right, where he built deep technical expertise in sound design, mixing, RF coordination, and production leadership.

Since joining our team in 2009, Brett has served in many capacities, from managing warehouse operations to leading crews on high-profile shows. His experience, dedication, and passion make him the perfect choice to lead our national audio team.

Outside of work, Brett enjoys spending time with his family, watching hockey, and producing music. Congratulations, Brett!

From concept to delivery, a thoughtful visual strategy can elevate more than just the stage; it can elevate the entire experience.

Our team provided full event production and developed on-stage graphics to support speaker identification, session titles, and key headlines. The standout visual element? A bold stage-top banner that earned rave reviews and kept the audience engaged from start to finish.

Braden’s time with INSPIRE began in 2001 as an AV tech and rigger at the Arlington Convention Center. Since then, he’s built an incredible career — from serving as a Marine Reservist and Electro-Optics Repair Marine, to becoming a trusted leader in our video department.

Over the years, Braden has risen through the ranks, consistently showing the kind of expertise, discipline, and team-first mindset that represents our INSPIRE core values,

When he’s not behind the screens or leading video teams, Braden enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, riding his Harley, and training in martial arts. Congratulations, Braden!

Our team was excited to provide stage management, as well as design, concept and implement general session and keynote screen graphics for XPONENTIAL 2025, the yearly conference co-hosted by AUVSI (The Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International) and MDNA (Messe Düsseldorf North America).

Working with the clients at this innovative event was exciting and educational as our INSPIRE Creative Services team immersed themselves in the world of uncrewed vehicles. Our team learned about new technologies with drones, unmanned water craft, rescue robots and other new devices being highlighted at the conference, then exploring new ways to bring those innovations and energy to life with their session screen graphics and videos.

Dikki is known for his ability to thrive in any environment and his deep respect for the diverse teams and cultures he encounters on the road. Dikki’s leadership continues to elevate our work and our people.

Outside the office, you’ll find him practicing Krav Maga or riding cross-country on his motorcycle, with the same intensity and passion he brings to the job. Congratulations, Dikki!

In his new role, Dustin will continue shaping the production experience for our national events, bringing his expertise, leadership, and passion for creating impactful moments to clients across the country.

INSPIRE was proud to partner with the team at Grand Hyatt Vail to help showcase Vail as a year-round destination for meetings and events.

We crafted the concept and delivered a dynamic visual experience that celebrated Vail in all its seasons using immersive imagery on a large-format LED wall as the centerpiece.

From creative direction to content development, our team worked to bring the natural beauty of Vail indoors, helping planners and guests see the full spectrum of what’s possible, no matter the season.
