As we gear up for our next event in Antwerp, we’re excited to include a key figure in the Belgian techno scene: Initial Code.

Known for his deep, tunneling, and mental techno sound, Initial Code has been shaping the underground with meticulous selections and expert sound design. A resident sound engineer at our home turf Fuse club and founder of the InDepth platform, his artistry extends beyond the decks into the very fabric of the scene.

Having made his mark in Belgium’s top clubs and expanding into Paris, Berlin, and Rotterdam, he’s bringing his hypnotic energy straight to .

TONI BA is a staple of Berlin’s electronic music scene, captivating audiences with her hypnotic and energetic sets. KOMPRESSOR W/ François X, TONI BA & Initial Code

Mark your calendars for March 15th, as Kompressor is unpacking sound designer bags in Antwerp’s Club Vaag with a stunning line-up of three top-tier techno artists.

Caring deeply about our local community, we see this as a golden opportunity to create a meeting place for like-minded circles, living in neighbouring towns.

For over a decade, François X has been at the forefront of techno, constantly evolving while staying true to his roots. From blending pop and rap influences to embracing new creative avenues, his journey reflects resilience and innovation. TONI BA is a fixture on Berlin's electronic music scene with her hypnotic and energetic sets. Known for her punchy and driving sound, she expertly blends the vibes of the early 2000s with modern tracks from emerging artists playing both vinyl and digital. Joined by recently announced resident DJ Initial Code, we can’t hide our excitement for what the night will bring.

Continuing on our streak, we’re thrilled to welcome Herton to our family of residents.

A key figure in the Brussels techno scene, Herton’s sound is a deep, intense journey that blends rhythmic basslines with atmospheric layers, creating an immersive experience that resonates emotionally with his audience. His unique style captures both the dark and captivating sides of techno, making him a standout talent in Europe’s underground circuit.

With over a decade of experience, Herton has become deeply embedded in the community—not only as a DJ and producer, but also as a curator and organizer. His work as a booker at iconic venues like Zodiak and C12 Brussels has given him unparalleled insight into the ever-evolving dynamics of the scene.

Herton is also the co-founder of Factor, a platform that celebrates stripped-back, rhythm-focused techno, solidifying his role as a key player in shaping the future of electronic music.

We’re beyond excited to showcase his work and energy as part of our team in the year to come!

Moving into the weekend with a daily dose of heartwarming news, we welcome ABSL to this season’s residents 🤍

Worker of a moist but textured techno, ABSL takes us on a journey between psychedelism, weird gimmick, dark ambiance, and sexiness.�He makes a point of ensuring that both his live sets and productions exude a breathless and bubbling narrative.�Crazy sound design technician, his abyssal and spatialized sounds are the subject of meticulousness bordering on insanity.
�His quest for an unusual sound has brought him closer to artists such as Blawan, Murcof, and even Rrose, in his psycho-acoustic approach.

In Paris, he released his first EP in 2016 on the label “South London Analogue Material.”
He has since made exhilarating outings noted as “K” on Blocaus Series or “Le Perçant Arcus” on RAW.
In 2019, it was on “Mama Told Ya,” along with Anetha, that he released the feverish EP “Don’t rush to grow up”, followed by “Chaînes et Dénuement,” released on the same label, and striking again in 2023 with his first LP with the insane MTY-008 “It’s just a bad dream.”�
With truly inspirational new releases around every corner, we can’t wait to (re?)introduce you to the sound of ABSL.

It’s a new year and the Kompressor team is more than ever ready to kick off the year with some exciting news ! We’re welcoming Initial Code amongst our residents with open arms.

With genuinely contemporary selections, acute sound expertise, Initial Code has made a lasting impact on the Belgian techno scene and beyond. His DJ sets and live performances have brought him to top clubs and events in Belgium, with debut appearances in Paris, Berlin, and Rotterdam. This reflects years of dedication to techno, expressing his passion from nearly every angle.

Behind the decks and in the studio, Initial Code’s sound retains the depth of tunneling, techno and mental techno expressing pace and effect. As a sound engineer at the iconic Fuse club, founder of the multidisciplinary platform and label InDepth, and ever-evolving artist, he showcases his commitment to music through meticulous attention to detail and quality.
