Banquet Server Job

****Responsibilities:

Set up the banquet hall with tables, chairs, linens, and other necessary items before the event

Greet guests and provide them with menus and drink options

Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff

Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner

Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their meals and drinks

Clear tables and clean up the banquet hall after the event

Maintain a clean and organized work area; Assist with any other duties as assigned by the banquet manager

****Required Skills:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Bilingual is a plus*

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions

Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items

Ability to work in a team environment

Basic math skills for handling cash and making change

***Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience as a banquet server is required

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays and Leave when Scheduled by management
