Mister Brisket LLC Been in the Army for over 20 years and nearing the end of the chapter. I have found a passion in BBQ foods and sharing them with my fellow Americans.

This has brought me to a decision to offer my talent of cooking to the public in my next Chapter.

This week at PWBC!

Wednesday, June 12th is Poker Night and the PWBC Snack Shack will be on site.
Thursday, June 13th is Trivia Night and Guest Food Truck is Street Pizza. They will be on site from 5-8pm!
Friday and Saturday we have the PWBC Snack Shack with his amazing BBQ.
Saturday, June 15th Steve Bash Music will be LIVE on the PWBC Stage from 7-10pm
Sunday, June 16th is Father's Day - And we have Happy Hour all day from 12-8pm for Fathers!
