We wanted to do a playful take on a "4th of July party" and mix this with Sicilian elements for this first night welcome dinner party in Sicily for 300 guests, by mixing the typical colours for July 4th party and intertwine them with Sicily in a location which has the longest pool in Italy.

We wanted an elevated-chic play on a 4th of July BBQ party for the first night party - but also not taking itself too seriously..but at the same time not wanting to fall into a usual cliché of how your typical welcome dinner event in Italy or even Sicily usually consists of..(If I see another Aperol bottle "display" for a welcome dinner party in Italy..it's got to stop haha😂)🍓🍒

About last weekend..this MIGHT be one of my favorite tablescapes yet..and one we developed for wonderful where each item & artisan was hand picked by us specifically for this event in mind & for our fav beach location in st barth
Just like we did in Capri, it was all mixed to blend in seamlessly and naturally into the location & St barth.
It was a dream☀️

A beautiful & intimate dinner party for

and then, just about five years ago, this beautiful seaside beach dinner happened for dan & katy🩵where we built this white high deck at beach club & created a beautiful beachy setting in blues-whites-sand-sea green with subtle touches of missoni, seaside inspired paper flowers instead of doing the usual flower story & incredible tiny crystal lights hanging above the tables which gave the most beautiful effect above the tables and so many other details..take me back🩵🙏✨

One of my absolute favorite tablescapes we ever designed, in the Amalfi Coast, more specifically Positano at one of my favorite and one of the most beautiful villas in Italy,

I love all the shades of blues, specifically chosen to reflect the sea below the villa - and as always we love a maximalist tablescape - but always done in a way to feel very organic and reflect the nature, colors and landscape that the particular region naturally represents and not feel overly rigid or overly curated - even though so much thought has gone into every single detail on the table.

We mixed tablescape items from , with glasses from , with bread baskets & lanterns from .
The colors of the floral were primarily blue and white, but we gave a little pop of contrast by adding a couple of red and fuchsia to the mix - and the floral were chosen to feel as if they had just been picked from the garden of Villa Tre Ville below🦋🌸

Entries just as I love them..organic & natural to the location - when you are in doubt if the floral has grown there naturally all along or if we added it..here for this beautiful entry, we added additional greenery & added all the white floral to give an organic & naturally romantic emphasis to an already beautiful location in Capri.

Instead of wedding cake, they preferred an intimate prosecco tower moment..I found this much more chic (and loved the tint of this prosecco we used in this setting) & happy to see it continues to be a trend in 2024 according to ❤️🥂
