I always try to use locally sourced ingredients for all my menus, and for us at home too. Tonight I'm very very happy as the first of the seasons jersey royals are in the shops. Here they are with Brixham caught fish pie, rainbow chard and cornish butter 👨‍🍳👨‍🍳👨‍🍳

It's spring and that means lighter nights, getting warmer and new life .. for me it also means wild garlic season. I absolutely love the stuff. Tonight we are having baked fish , new potatoes roast heritage tomatoes, and rainbow chard. Drizzled with wild garlic oil. It was so tasty and full of flavour. (Haddock for him, plaice for me)

An exciting few days starts tomorrow. We will be on a film set working with paramount+, catering for the crew and cast, including an extra special themed dinner for the celebrities who are in the programme. More detail and photos later in the week...

We do great bbqs. We even bring our own 2ft propane gas commercial bbq and trestle tables with us. We use compostable platters, bamboo cutlery and plates, which can all go into food waste, and we avoid single use plastic.

Cajun Chicken thighs and drumsticks
Cheese slices
Salads, sauces and pickles
Homemade coleslaw and potato salad.
Vegan options on request and all dietary requirements can be covered.

As much as possible is made from scratch. Locally grown tomatoes into the dehydrator tonight, to make a lovely batch of sundried tomatoes in an infused oil of local wild garlic and home grown herbs.

One of last summers weddings. Gorgeous location .

What a beautiful day it turned out to be for this gorgeous Port Eliot Wedding Cornwall. The golden hour was just breathtaking, I loved it!
