I always try to use locally sourced ingredients for all my menus, and for us at home too. Tonight I'm very very happy as the first of the seasons jersey royals are in the shops. Here they are with Brixham caught fish pie, rainbow chard and cornish butter 👨‍🍳👨‍🍳👨‍🍳

It's spring and that means lighter nights, getting warmer and new life .. for me it also means wild garlic season. I absolutely love the stuff. Tonight we are having baked fish , new potatoes roast heritage tomatoes, and rainbow chard. Drizzled with wild garlic oil. It was so tasty and full of flavour. (Haddock for him, plaice for me)
