Strawberry Crunch pound cake 😋🍓🍰
Ingredients:
For the Pound Cake:
1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks), softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped or pureed
For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:
1 cup crushed freeze-dried strawberries
1 cup crushed graham crackers (about 10-12 crackers)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Glaze (Optional):
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Preparing the Pound Cake:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan or a 12-cup capacity tube pan.
Cream Butter and Sugar:
