9.14.21 Taylor was one of the most kind and genuine brides - I kept commenting on how present she was in the moment, which is something I admired about her. They really soaked it all in, and enjoyed each special minute with their loved ones and each other. The Kremers 🤍 This day just had a special feeling to it. Claire and Colin made sure the day was unique to them, their love and their families. Those are the weddings I always remember most. A few things that stick in my memory about the day: 🍰 The wedding cake, made by @mertscakes , was a stunning recreation of the bride’s late parents’ wedding cake. It was such a beautiful way to honor them- complete with the same wedding topper and a photo of them right next to it. 👫 The day of the wedding Claire told me she didn’t want to walk down the aisle alone. They decided to walk into the church the same way they will walk through this life- together. It was something I’ve never seen but I loved it, and so many commented on how special it was to witness. It was symbolic in so many ways. 🔥 When I tell you it was hot that day, that is an understatement (think heat index over 100). After the dance floor opened we brought out additional fans for the dance floor and Claire held one in the air, fanning the guests as they danced the night away without a care in the world about the heat. The dance floor was packed all night long thanks to @theslyband - it was EPIC. A glimpse into Mr. & Mrs. Wilcox thanks to the talented @racheldballard_ … this was such a gracious and amazing couple to work with. Coming from DC, they put full trust in me to recommend vendors to them that I felt fit their vision. As a planner, I so appreciate when couples are willing to trust my experience and knowledge. These two made sure to put special touches on every part of their day, with an ode to the Ali Museum even in their invitation suites and accessories. The jaw dropping florals are something I’ll never get over. What a bright and beautiful day! Extra thanks to lead coordinator Veronica for helping execute this special day. The most memorable weddings are those that are UNIQUE and ooze the personalities of the couple. This was one of those special days. Amy and David put so much thought into their big day- and it had so many personal touches that their guests loved….a trip down memory lane on campus, drinks named after the trips they took many times to visit each other, a song written by father of the bride that had us all in our feels, the UK fight song, their favorite ice cream from their first date, and so much more. This day was SO DREAMY. After a morning of weather worries, the skies opened up and we got to stick with Plan A after all. I loved all of Bre’s dainty little details and watching her vision come to life. That dress change too 🔥 As always, every emotion of the day was captured perfectly by @era26_photography

I rarely take the time to sit down and make a reel (mostly because I’m not tech savvy), but this couple and this day deserved a fun spot on the feed. This bride’s vision was executed to perfection by @bydenizen and @speedmuseumevents - and captured beautifully for lifelong memories by @langthomas_studios. Not only was it beautiful but it was a blast thanks to @12southband …The dance floor was packed all night long! Cheers to the Flynn’s! 🪩
