Born and raised in Cleveland, OH, Anijah is a multifaceted creative with a background in creative writing, broadcast journalism, and creative direction. From self-publishing a short anthology poetry book to being a podcast host and curating events in her hometown, she has developed a knack for executing visions and telling stories through her words. She enjoys reading and writing poetry and watching sci-fi films, particularly the Harry Potter series. She also has a pet named Jericho (shih-poo).
Though the bridal industry is unfamiliar to her, what’s not is her ability to manage and elevate a brand. What she enjoys most about weddings is watching the father and daughter dance. It brings her joy to see the moment when the father realizes she’s not his little girl anymore!

Hello, everyone! My name is Emma, and I am a senior at The University of Texas at Dallas, studying Marketing and Visual Arts. In my free time, I sculpt, draw, crochet, sew, read, try new restaurants, hang out with my cat, Jadey, and recently, I started fostering kittens for the Texas SPCA! In the future, I would love to own a community art center or sell my art online. Three weeks ago, my friend and I started planning a business to sell our prints, stickers, and sculptures, and we hope to have a website set up by the end of summer!
I am incredibly excited to start my internship here at The Tiffany Effect because I love creating experiences for people. Whether planning a spring break trip, organizing birthday parties for my friends and family, creating events for my club at school, or celebrating an anniversary with my girlfriend, I always try to show appreciation for people by planning something special for them. When I found out I was accepted into this internship program, I was thrilled to know that soon, I would be meeting others with similar passions! I can’t wait to get started!
