“How much will my flowers cost?”

This topic can be incredibly confusing, frustrating and overwhelming to find mixed answers online or from past friends/family. Every wedding is different, every flowers’ price will fluctuate from season to season and year to year. Google is unfortunately not your ally in this when setting expectations.

I always try to be as honest and transparent from the very first interaction when talking budget. Wholesale flower prices are no joke- I wish it wasn’t so but it’s the harsh reality of the wonderful world of flowers.

✌🏻 Here’s a a few quick *averages* and tips for you:

You should expect to spend a MINIMUM of $4,000 which will look something like: personals for your wedding party, simple greenery or smaller floral designs at tables , and a ceremony piece on the small-medium scale.

If you’re looking for additional pieces (which most are) to fill your space I.e ceremony aisle runners, centerpieces instead of/paired with greenery, accent tables, head table designs, staircase greenery, anything hanging or fuller-coverage arches/backdrops you will be at a higher price point. These weddings will BEGIN closer to $6,000+ .

Remember you’re paying for a full day of service to design everything on your behalf, delivery and transportation costs, and assistants to achieve your vision. We’re working outdoors, on tight timelines and with finicky, living plants that require care and attention. We’re the experts!

🌼 Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest will show you the most expensive blooms, full scale designs and designer-level teams to achieve that presented *look*. These are great for inspiration but knowing how to scale your vision will be incredibly helpful.

💵 Where are even more costs?

🍃More guests=more tables=more flower cost. Simple as that.
🍃 Intricate setup or hanging designs
🍃Limited venue timelines for setup
🍃Multiple locations
🍃Large wedding party
🍃Dried/boho product or specialty color tones
