Sports film and photography has a special place in my heart.
I used to live and breathe this. I used to cry over this sport. My bones creak and ache and I still feel scar tissue in my knees from hitting the floor so much. I dedicated and stuck out a whole college education just to go deeper into this journey. I sacrificed so much for sports and I wouldn’t have it any other way. So now as some old “has been”- this is how I get by without physically playing it anymore. It’s imperative every creative artist has something they can fall back on to feed their passion when they feel stagnant or need a break from a specialty. It’s important because it allows our creative mind to work differently, freely. It’s a new challenge so when we return to what we do best we feel renewed and evolved.
In addition to growth, this is how I choose to give back to my community and to these kids who grow up in small town dirt road schools. I used to be one of them and as one of them I would wonder why we don’t get as much light shed on us and why we don’t deserve the extra little things. I don’t have money to sponsor teams with new uniforms but I have what God gave me. The two things that I have loved the most in my life.. that I’ve repeatedly poured my heart into. This is how I worship. It used to be walking out on the court where I felt the closest to God and now I still feel it, just hits from a different perspective now. This is where my favorite verse comes from- Colossians 3:23, NIV: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for man.”
My hearts swells with pride over your kids I don’t even know watching them behind my camera. I can literally see them getting better growing confidence, wincing in pain, crying tears of joy. When I get asked to do these things for your kids, I make the time. Because truth be told, my own soul probably needs it too.
Savanna kicks off their season tonight at home! So crazy that this kid is a senior, I think he's truly the last kid that was a part of my high school experience always tagging along to ball games with his pappy. And now he's playing in his last first game tonight. So proud of you Ayden. Love you, kid.
Still proud to be a bulldog :)
Love you, mean it.
Sample of what the family films look like. I have wanted to do these for such a long time and this year I am making the time. Motion pictures have my heart and I have such a desire to put together things outside of weddings just to feed my creative little soul.

Conallis twins in home session
Kara Hamen Buller + Brock
After we met for their engagement session I was so excited for their wedding, we really hit it off and I had such a good time being around them. Kara is the sweetest person. I'm so glad I got to work with her on one of the most special days for her and her husband! This wedding was so beautiful and so thought out. So much detail and effort went into this event to make it absolutely stunning. I truly loved everything about it. I'm a Sooner fan but it made Stillwater not seem so bad lol ;)
Special thanks to Micah Medders for helping me with these bigger weddings, I couldn't do it without you, you always work so hard for me and I'm so proud of you. I 100% trust her to shoot on her own on my behalf at these events. She helps my work go from good to great.
Goodluck to MHS football tomorrow! I had so much fun working on this. Appreciate the invite!
Kickoff is @ 7pm VS Guthrie
It’s going to be a really good game if you don’t have plans for Friday night!
I haven't posted much video work lately because they used to take forever and a day to upload but I think I've fixed that- for now anyways.
So this is Erin and Jace Ewing and you may or may not need to grab a tissue to watch. I teared up multiple times putting this together and I knew what was coming but it didn't matter. This wedding was so special and meaningful. So much thought went into including loved ones.
Newest addition to the Murdaugh family. A little BTS of this sweet boy's newborn session.
