Last night was a 40th birthday dinner. This couple were absolutely amazing and I had a blast chatting and cooking for them. Lots of laughs, even through technical difficulties (running out of propane 😜) but everything worked out because we just “pivot” and keep going lol Making magic happen is what I love ❤️ Cheers to the Birthday boy! 🥳🎉

Surprises are the Best!! Last night was a special celebration for a wonderful couple. They thought they were going out for dinner with family but their good friends put this plan into motion awhile ago. I’ve had the great privilege of cooking for this group for many years but they all usually know about it 😜 Needless to say they were very happy with the surprise and I’m grateful to be a part of that. I enjoy cooking in the elements because it keeps things interesting and I’m grateful for every time I get to share my love of the culinary arts!

As 2024 winds down and we get ready to ring in the New Year 🥳I’d like to take this opportunity to send out my sincere thanks and gratitude for all the wonderful clients this year and every year since 2011 🥰 It’s been an absolute pleasure cooking for all of you!

Last nights evening service was a historic one! We did the first ever Dining Experience in the sparkly new Vineyard Dome! It’s worth noting this beauty has a higher elevation so the view is absolutely spectacular! It’s super spacious and full of all the luxurious things, including a sports car for a barbecue, which of course is very important because that’s where I do, the majority of the cooking 😉😉The guests were a lovely couple who were taking some time away to relax and enjoy a private birthday celebration. It’s so rewarding to see empty plates and there is no better compliment to hear “this exceeded all my expectations”. I love that, thank you so much!! Cheers to a wonderful evening and Happy Birthday!
