There were four deer in the front yard at Smokey Hill Retreat today around 5 p.m. Mama stayed close to the tree line and three fawns still had lots of spots and were so adorable.

Karen and David have 2 whole house AirBnBs that are dog friendly and offer parking for several vehicles.

Rogers, Arkansas AIRBnB, Smokey Hill Retreat, is adjacent to the headwaters of Prairie Creek and Lake Atalanta Park. This video was shot after some heavy spring rains so we had some muddy waters rolling by.

This spacious vacation rental is 1.5 miles from Downtown Rogers and the Razorback Greenway Railyard Loop. We have 3 large bedrooms plus a sleeping loft. 4 queen beds, 1 king and 2 twins.

We are still enjoying Spring in downtown Rogers! Smokey Hill looks beautiful as the trees are leafing out, and we can still see Lake Atalanta Trail across Prairie Creek. I almost missed the dogwoods blooming and now azaleas are popping out as well.

Fishing guide, Mike Bailey of Bailey's Beaver Lake Striper Guide Service, made a friend for life this week. This 17 year old, HS Junior caught a 42 #, 41” long, Striped bass. He and his family are guests at our AirBNB, Smokey Hill Retreat in Rogers, Arkansas. They are visiting from Parker, Colorado. When I ask this young man’s mom if they catch fish this size in Colorado, she said “our prize fish are used as bait in Arkansas!”

Shout out to Fish and Guide! Mike Baylee. We love that he makes Northwest Arkansas a fabulous destination location for fishing. He is taking care of logistics related to having this beautiful fish mounted and the great fisherman will be back in six months to retrieve his trophy.
