Got my hands on this beauty couple of weeks back. have done a great job with this modern classic .

Super fun to ride in the city, the power delivery on higher gears gets the spirits up instantly. I've been clocking easy 140 kmph on the e-city flyover and hoping the cameras don't catch me when I'm vibrating at 160kmph. You can feel the power bump up at 6k-7k rpm and that's when the thrill starts.

The bike has a very rider-engaging character and thanks to the ABS, the braking is very confidence inspiring and spot on. I didn't enjoy with the pillion tho with too much forward thrust on hard braking.
I'd have loved a quickshifter but the clutch is very responsive so one may not complain much.

I don't think I'll enjoy it much on the longer rides though..won't be much fun if you are not speeding and manoeuvring on this bike. And I guess I'm also getting a bit old to be over speeding in traffic everyday. ;) ADV is the game for me and hopefully a Tiger one day.

music has been an inspiration for so many in the psy scene. For me and I'm sure for many in the scene, his full album Primal Contact that came out in 2015, is still a benchmark forest sound that teaches you something everytime you listen to it. This is your captain speaking -
"You are all set to fly to a place you've never been before and only seen in photographs. A place that not many humans have had the chance to make it.
There are times when we experience nature's bounty so overwhelming that it takes some time to absorb and comprehend the feelings and emotions that rush through your entire body. Mt Everest base camp is one such place. The magnanimity of the landscape and the energies of the giants that surround you are so powerful, that you experience complete ego meltdown. There are forces in nature that will remind you how insignificant you are on this beautiful rock moving in space and time.
Mt Everest is just one of the many glorious peaks in the range that you get to see such as Mt Lohtse, Changtse and Pomuri, that surround the base camp. Seeing these giants at naked eye level makes you feel so powerful and yet so powerless, both at the same time. You are also reminded of so many climbers who prepare for months and years to reach this place and go beyond, and many of them never make it back home. Food and Oxygen both are scarce at this altitude and all you have is your sheer will power to push through to the summit. You will wonder what those humans are made of, to be able to do that in their lifetime.
Nature is supreme and we are part of it. And we have no right to play fool with it. We can only observe and be thankful for this life in which we get to taste this force momentarily and carry the dent on our minds forever.
You will never be the same again."
