And just like that my time at HIC has come to an end. 🥲
I’m not sure the reality has hit yet but what I am sure of is that I will miss you all, some of you have become friends, some enemies 🫣and some the best customers anyone could wish for.
I feel very lucky to have been a part of something that makes it so hard for me to say goodbye, so for now thank you for being a huge part of The Kitchen Cafe and here’s to my new journey 🥂 💕💕💕

A few days ago our apprentice Olivia attended Harborough innovation centres event. It was her first networking experience which gave her a real insight into the broader business world.

The event was opened by . This was very interesting and they talked about upcoming projects. We also had some delicious cakes from the innovation centre’s cafe .

We think giving apprentices opportunities like this helps to build confidence and gives them more insight into the real world of business.
