We supplied a horse box bar and indoor pallet gin bar with a pre paid drinks package of draft beer, lager, cider, wine, Gin, Vodka and a pimms & Prosecco drinks reception for 200 guests.

This weeks Make it at Home Monday is the classic ⭐️Dirty Martini⭐️ Gin 300ml Dry Vermouth 60ml Olive Brine 25ml, (add more if you prefer a saltier martini) Green Olives To Garnish Pour the gin, vermouth and brine into a mixing jug and stir. Decant into a sterilised flip top bottle and keep chilled in the fridge. Garnish with green olives before serving. Enjoy! #cocktail #makeityourself #drink

Make it at Home Monday is happening on a Wednesday this week (mainly because we've been silly busy and somebody forgot! 😊) Its definitely worth the wait through for this super warming recipe using stuff you've probably got hanging around in a cupboard (except the rum which never hangs around at Greenhill HQ). Thanks to the folks at @tolchards for this one. Hot Buttered Rum Ingredients • tbsp soft light brown sugar • 1 tsp ground cinnamon • ½ tsp ground nutmeg • 100ml dark rum • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted • 2 cinnamon sticks, to serve Step 1 Combine the sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small bowl, then gradually pour in the rum and melted butter, and stir together. Evenly divide the mixture between two small heatproof glasses. Top each with 100ml boiling water and stir well. Serve with a cinnamon stick to garnish - Serves two.
