✨ It’s my 32nd birthday today! ✨

What makes this day so special every year is that I get to share it with my grandmother. Exactly 32 years ago, I was born on her birthday! Our bond is unbreakable, and today she turns 88. I’m incredibly grateful for every year we get to celebrate this day together.

Am I throwing a party? Not exactly — but I couldn’t let this milestone pass without doing something special! I’ve planned a big family dinner at a restaurant to celebrate her. And as for New Year’s resolutions about healthy eating? I don’t have any! So, chances are I’ll be enjoying a big, delicious slice of cake ❤️🎂

✨✨What will this year bring us? We are so READY for it!✨✨

Looking back, 2024 brought us A-MAZING weddings that we’ll never forget! One highlight? Our first trip to the stunning region of Puglia, where we had the honor of planning a wedding at a dreamy Masseria. 🥂

Imagine this:
🌿 A romantic ceremony under the Italian sun
🎻 Violinists setting the mood
🍷 An Italian folk band bringing joy to the reception
🍝 The best food from morning till night
… all in the breathtaking Puglian countryside. 🇮🇹💛

It was pure magic, and we can’t wait to create even more unforgettable moments this year. Stay tuned for more throwbacks while we already dive into another incredible wedding season!

Let me share a story with you about the bridal preparations on the day of the ceremony. This beautiful bride was so nervous!

How would it be? Would everything go as she had imagined? How would the musicians play/sing? And because the couple had chosen to see each other for the first time during the ceremony, she wondered: What would the first look with her future husband be like?

Of course, I assured her that everything would be exactly as she had imagined. With Amorino taking care of every detail, she was able to fully enjoy her special day, surrounded by loved ones who had traveled all the way from Mexico to be with her. And she did just that! Her wonderful mother was by her side, helping her get ready. She even arranged a heartfelt first look with her father and brother, making the moment even more unforgettable.

I can assure you: it was magical! Everything came together perfectly at this wedding. Be sure to check the last photo to see if the ceremony was a success or not!

Throwback to last June. An amazing wedding with such warm people at . A location I love to work at because of many reasons✨. I come here often to spend time with friends since it is only a 5 minute drive from my house.

This wedding was special to me because I already knew the bride and groom since our paths already crossed in Leiden. In the meanwhile they even moved to the same neighborhood💖. Next to this I got to work with one of my best friends Paula. She always assists me during weddings in the Netherlands if she can. I am thankful to have her by my side.

Look at these stunning roses 🤩. Are you more into a mixed bouquet with different sort of flowers? Or just one type of flower, like on this picture?

Yesterday I spend my night at a couples home for some pre wedding drinks/meeting. This couple have formed a ‘wedding team’ to enjoy the wedding preparations to the fullest and share the planning with a group of friends. It was super nice to already meet them🥰.

Their wedding is in June in Tuscany. Can not wait to celebrate it and being surrounded by the great views and warm weather. And of course I look forward to work together with my favorite vendors.

Fashion over comfort? In case of these eye catchers I would definitely say YES✨ I love them!! The combination with the long pearl veil is even more stunning. Can I get married again?

If you choose for high heels, you should always bring an extra pair of shoes! Better than to end up on bare feet🤭

This week I am onto a lot of nice things:
- Two couples will decide on their destination wedding venues of 2025
- I am going through all 2024 time tables
- Making flower moodboards for the florists of two June weddings
- Call with a couple about their wedding in France

Much more to do but need to focus on these items. Temperatures are rising, and by that I do not mean that I am in a lovely country where spring shows it’s first signs. But our kids have fever👀 you understand we need to cuddle a lot 🥰

Kae Lou was amazed by these beautiful flowers from 💐

It is so special to have your kids around at your wedding. Maybe the smallest ones will not remember everything but it’s a great thing to look at your wedding pictures together every anniversary.

My daughter Giulia was 9 months when we got married and our son Alessio was born one year later. We do watch our pictures together but we sure need to redo our party so he can also be there❤️.

One of the biggest pro’s of celebrating your wedding in another country, is being able to make the perfect photos together with your loved ones🤗. Since you are surrounded by breathtaking locations, it is impossible to go wrong🤍.

➡️Swipe to see the sweetest bridesmaids ever. These little helpers took a great care of their mom’s dress. Within a few minutes this couple had the best shots on the beach.

Happy Holidays to you all 🎄✨

Last Saturday we had the last wedding of B&N in 2023. It was amazing and magical. This couple chose me as their proposal planner in 2022, their Weddingplanner and they let me tell their love story as a wedding celebrant. My heart is full❤️

Now I will spend the last days of the year with my family in Italy. I wish you all happy holidays full of love.
