The Tenere no longer has an identity crisis!

Long time coming putting the new decals on, I think I'd been put off for a while thinking they were going to be incredibly difficult when in reality they were quite easy to work with and went on without too much effort.

Unfortunately the debut photo ride was cut short as the youngest has decided to join the X-games today without telling us and her 3rd incident of the day was headbutting the entertainment unit splitting under her lip open. Fortunately she's all good!

Anyway, was lucky enough to get out, do a few jumps, skids and scope a cool little side trail and snap a few shots that ended up being pretty decent.

Keen to put more than 20 mins in the seat next time though and find some better spots.

I still think the bashplate needs to be black...

We finally got out to do some exploring again, this time all the way out to Lightning Ridge.

In typical fashion only for a few nights and tried to see everything touristy we could. Camera didn't come out much except for a couple of cracker sunsets.

I think we need to head back for longer next time and lick some rocks for a few days!

Hey guys and girls,

Life has been getting in the way of photography quite a bit lately, the breaks between posts keep getting longer and longer! I'm lucky enough to be able to get out and about on the new beast once every week or thereabouts provided.

Anyways, check out the new (to me) Tenere 700 - went used as it was priced well and sitting there, already had a fair bit of fruit including the suspension done for my weight too which was a bonus.

Of course I've added a few more bits and pieces for a better fit since owning it, definitely a big step up from the baby KTM!

Oh hey! Been a while as usual, at least this time there's a valid excuse in the form of a 9 week old person requiring a fair bit of attention!

Finally got a chance to get out on the bike after adding a few little tasty modifications, the latest being the guys over at Motourenn for pegs, radiator guard, GPS mount, rear rack, fork sliders and the tower brace. Kenda Tires handling all the surfaces being thrown at them, SRC Adventure Moto for the crash protection and Dominator Exhaust System for upsetting all the old ladies and wildlife.

I'll endeavour to get out when it's not 30odd degrees plus in the middle of the day next time too which could help with both photos and me not being a complete sweaty mess.

Baby KTM does very well for what it is but definitely not liking being thrown down single track - something else may be on the cards in the future.

Seems the trend for me is to post about once every four months, definitely something to get onto and sort out and be more active.

Life has been a little crazy as of late and is only going to get wilder in a very short amount of time.

I've done a few maternity shoots and I'm sure Ellie's been cursing every time that it should be her turn. Well, she can't say that anymore 😅

Little explore from the weekend at Hill End, tackled the Bridle Track too now that it's finally reopened after 13 years!

Few snaps from The Drip in there too.

Expected the track to be a little more gnarly considering the 100s of warning signs and people making it look difficult online.

It's been a while since the flappy boi has hit the open skies..

Recently stayed at Eaglereach near Vacy and had one of the best views I have ever seen and just had to dust off the props!

Absolutely stunning up there.

Weather was looking dicey as is the normal lately but the rains stayed away for us.

It's been so wet and horrible lately! Finally got a chance to get out and about again and took a few shots of the nugget after a shoot which is being worked through now,

Certainly needs a good wash now, especially after hitting the mud on the way out at warp speed!

A little quiet as of late, was lucky enough to pick up the Spicy Cough which cancelled a few things, seems to not want to let me go quite yet and still very tired and the days seem so long.

Back on the Horse though and should be some exciting things ahead to make up for lost time!

Sneak peek of Zach's very tidy WRX shot late today, thanks for the opportunity mate - great to see how far it has come and keen to see where it ends up!

Congratulations Jess and Jordan!

After a few shuffles of dates due to lockdowns and restrictions a date was finally set in stone and what a spectacular day it was at Calvin Estate.

It was a beautiful, intimate day and I thank Jess & Jordan for allowing me to be a part of it and capture their day for years to come.

Another one crossed off the list, completed part of the South Coast Walk in Royal National Park, Eagle Rock was on the agenda. We got absolutely soaked on the walk there but it came good once we arrived.

Not sure which angle of it I prefer, looks awesome from all angles!

No blue skies but a stunning sight nonetheless,

Hey, I’m Mitch!

I’m a self-taught photographer with almost 10 years experience. I’m lucky enough to be based in the beautiful Hunter Valley but that won’t stop me from getting to you for a shoot or event. I tend to focus mostly on people or automotive work and really enjoy shooting Weddings, Portraiture and anything with wheels!

I aim to capture the candidness of your event after getting the ‘must have’ shots finished. I’d much rather show people enjoying themselves in the moment than approaching them, shoving a huge lens towards their faces and requesting their best cheesy grins. In my downtime I enjoy travelling to other nice places taking landscape photos for fun.
