As I’ve been saying a ridiculous amount these past few months; LIFE IS LIFING.

My heart explodes with gratitude.
And I continually remind myself that the sweet is never so sweet without the sour.

It’s all cyclical, we learn, we grow, we regress and give in to old patterning…and then what changed for me, is I simply catch myself a little quicker then I used to when I’ve taken back to my old, smaller, less alive ways.

And the biggest change of all, holding myself with love instead of judgment when I go back to the narratives that kept me smaller (and seemingly safer).

Oh and sauna + cold plunging, you have changed me forever. 💙
