With the following three formal packages available, we will find an option that fits your needs without maxing out your budget. Day of Coordination is a great option for those couples who have got the majority of the details and major planning done, but need someone at the rehearsal and the venue on the day of your event. No need to piecemeal extra help from family and friends, hire a coordinator so everyone can enjoy the celebration. Here’s what’s included:
Set up and tare down: We’ll set up of everything you’ve got! From tablecloths to place cards, if you’ve got a plan, we can follow it. No plan? No problem, I’ll make it look perfect. Tare down the night of, we’ll leave you’re venue spotless and make sure all the items you brought in, are returned to you.
Two preliminary in person meetings with Laura before your event so that we fully understand your vision and you feel confident with us troubleshooting and making decisions on your behalf during the event, so you can enjoy it.
Timelines! Vendor, bride and groom, bridal party and VIP timelines so that everyone is in the right place at the right time, including those pesky groomsmen.
Managing the rehearsal at the venue or at another location so that you and your bridal party feel comfortable with the way the ceremony will go down.
Managing the timeline throughout the event. This includes pre-ceremony activities until the end of the reception. Keeping vendors running on time and creating solutions when that is not an option. Watching for all those little odds and ends throughout the event that throw off the timing.
Managing special requests and troubleshooting issues throughout the event.
Become the main point of contact for vendors for the day before the event and during the event so that you are not bothered throughout the day of the rehearsal and throughout the day of the wedding.
Last Month Coordination is another great option for you if you have got the majority of work done but want some help in the last few weeks running up to the event. Planning a wedding can often feel like a full time job, let’s take a few things off your plate so you can enjoy those last few weeks before the big day. Here’s what’s included:
Everything included in the Day Of Coordination Package, plus 3 in person meetings, bringing your total to 5 and unlimited phone and email communications throughout the planning.
Vendor confirmation and final deposit coordination. We’ll make sure that all your vendors have everything they need to make their part of your day perfect.
Seating chart consultation.
Final design detail ex*****on of your plan.
We will become the main point of contact through the last few weeks for vendors.
Partial Planning/ Full Planning This option is for the couple who has little time nor interest in planning a wedding, but still want a great party! Let us take the big and small stuff off your plate! Making your decisions more focused with the research done for you, executing the details and keeping you on budget.
Everything included in the Day of Coordination and the Last Month Coordination, plus unlimited in person meetings and unlimited phone and email communications throughout your planning. We want to make sure the event we’re planning for you is still a perfect reflection of your love story.
Budget management. LooLoo’s will provide a budgeting tool that will keep us all on the same page, finding where you want to save and where you want to splurge to make sure your vendors are right where you want them.
Vendor research, presentation (to you and your partner) and booking.
Guest list and invitation management.
